Therefore, as you know when a software is digitally downloaded, it cannot be physically returned once purchased. As a result, refunds are offered just in exceptional situations. All the refund requests are considered on a case-by-case as follows:
You would notify us of any suspected issues or bugs with the product, or its functionality. In the majority of cases, we are able to resolve any server or software issues. If, after attempting to resolve, we verify an issue that cannot be resolved, refunds will be offered when the following criteria are met:
- You requested the refund within 30 days of purchase.
- You have given an opportunity to verify and resolve the problem, but we could not.
Notice: If necessary, you should update your server configuration to enable the software to work (for example, switching from the very outdated PHP 5.x or later)

If you request the refund, just before we start doing the service that you registered, you will get a full refund or chance to exchange with another product or service.
After we start doing the service that you registered, refund request will accept just in exceptional situations. All the refund requests are considered on a case-by-case as follows:

In addition, if we complete the service but with unacceptable delay more than 50% of the agreed time, you will get 50% refund and certainly, in case of more delay equal to agreed time, you will get a full refund.
